Welcome To Hair By Tamra LLC I’m happy to have you here 💕 (I do not offer clippers cuts) DEPOSIT: All clients will be required to pay a deposit to hold appointment. Deposit cost depends on service selected. The deposit will go towards your service balance. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO CALL NO SHOW: If you happen to no call no show on your scheduled appointment date you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service. If there is a card on file that card will be charged. If the card declines you will be responsible to pay prior to being able to book another appointment. Unpaid balance will result in being banned for any future appointments. LATE POLICY: Sometimes running late happens, whatever the cause may be! However, If you are more than 20 minutes late to your scheduled appointment I will either have to perform a shorter service or reschedule you for another date. This is so that I can stay on time with my schedule and appointments for other clients as well. GUEST & CHILDREN: Because my suite space is not very large I do ask that you only bring one guest along with you to your appointment as I do not have space to accommodate more. Along with this I do ask that you refrain from brining small children into appointments. I want to be able to solemnly focus on you and your. Service and make it as relaxing as I can. There are also many hazardous opportunities in my suite for small children so it’s best to avoid any accidents. NO REFUNDS: When booking with Hair By Tamra LLC you are acknowledging that there are no refunds to any service, however with that being said you will have 1 week after your appointment to reach out with any concerns to get a “redo” done. No exceptions after the 1-week time frame.
